3D Mottles

These designs are done with crushing pouring in acrylic paint/s instead of dye and it’s a cold water solution and a totally cold process. Then these are exposed in same crushed form to sunlight for slow process of drying, whereby color gets darker to lighter on exposed and unexposed surface and lighter the surface below. Absolute top edges of the crushed and collected backdrop develop angular darkest colour patches and lighter it gets going down the crushed sides, developing a dark and light angular effects like 3 dimensional diamond shapes. The other side a just the lighter version of the design and can be used as a different backdrop altogether.
